First up, professional photos. The internet is where the vast majority of buyers start their search for a property, and to keep them clicking through your property’s listing photos are a must. However, we believe that photos aren’t enough, they must be great photos that really showcase the property in the most flattering way humanly possible. Let us share a bit about the photographer we employ for our photo shoots. He is a consummate professional, with top of the line equipment, incredibly knowledgeable about angles and lighting, unbelievably meticulous and above all naturally talented. He costs three times as much as many other professional real estate photographers and we happy to pay every penny.

We have said it before and will say it again— hastily snapped cell phone photos are NOT the way to present a product worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. The photos must be bright, crisp, flawless— engaging the buyer right away and ensuring that your home is earmarked for a viewing, or at least further research. Many times a property may not be a good fit for a buyer once they scroll down through details such as location, size, etc; but if your home meets their criteria and looks amazing in the photos, the chances of them requesting to see the property and potentially ultimately making an offer go up exponentially. We absorb the professional photo fee, in addition to all other marketing costs.

In addition to professional photos, we also have a 360 interactive walkthrough tour of your property created, as well as a floorplan.
