There are 3 or 4 different tours that your home can participate in, and in certain situation we may hold a Broker’s Open House as well. Broker Tours and Broker Open Houses are beneficial in a few different ways. One, the attending agents may have a buyer for your property! Secondly, but just as important, is the useful feedback we solicit from the agents. Each agent fills out a “report card” for the listing, with comments on condition, price, if anything could be done to help improve the listing, or other issues that should be addressed. This information is unbelievably helpful most of the time as it gives us insight into how other agents will perceive your property. Offices pitches are also a way to get the word out to a large group of agents. We are fortunate to be part of huge office at Long Realty in Oro Valley that holds sales meetings every Tuesday morning. There is an opportunity to pitch your property to the group as well as participate in an office tour of homes. In addition, we are able to go to any Long Realty office and participate in their tour as well. (So, if we list your home in Dove Mountain, we can get in front of the Dove Mountain agents and have them tour your home on the Long Realty Dove Mountain sales meeting day. Same goes for the central Long Realty office, Eastside Long Realty office, etc.)
