It’s important to note that when visiting the new home models, having an independent real estate agent represent you is always a good idea. The sales staff at new home build sites work for the BUILDER, and having your own advocate to negotiate, navigate and streamline the process can be a huge value. *Remember that the builder will pay the agent commission— there is no fee to you.
