Northwest Tucson

Northwest Tucson is a group of separate areas comprised of the upper portions of north-northwest Tucson, but also includes the towns of Marana and Oro Valley as well as the census designated place of Casas Adobes. The Tucson portion of this includes the 85741 and 85742 zip code— home to the Northwest Campus of Pima County Community College, Foothills Mall and a really fabulous YMCA.

There is something for everyone in Northwest Tucson. The Northwest Tucson area boasts incredible mountain views, several golf courses (including the historical Oro Valley Country Club and the Omni Tucson National Resort), Catalina State Park, Tohono Chul Park, and an abundance of shopping, dining, hotels and other amenities. There is close access to the I-10 interstate, offering an easy commute for those who work in other areas of the city, or those who travel to Phoenix and other areas often. In recent years, the Northwest corridor of Tucson has positively boomed, and there are many new home developments that have been built, as well as commercial centers, like the Tucson Premium Outlet Mall.
