Your property will be featured on literally hundreds of websites, including the MLS,,,, and all of it’s agent websites, any agent websites that use an exchange agreement with the MLS (such as our website, and other agent and broker websites), Yahoo, Google, Movoto, HotPads, YouTube and many, many more. In addition, we use social media extensively (including paid Facebook and Instagram ads) to increase exposure. We direct mail custom designed glossy postcards to your surrounding area as well. Print advertising is done on occasion in the AZ Daily Star, the NW Explorer, Inside Tucson Business and other printed media vehicles. For certain properties, more specific and specialty marketing will be used. 

As we generally have a roster of several active buyers in the market at any given time, we always reach out to them to see if your property would be a good fit. Additionally, we have worked to cultivate relationships with other agents over the years, and many times reach out to those personally who may think may have a potential buyer for the home.   The upshot is, no two properties are exactly alike. We try to hone in on who the potential buyers might be, and get your listing in front of them. The different methods vary and we don't have a standard one-size-fits-all approach. We will custom tailor a marketing plan for your property.
